Looking for a clan. (east coast pm time frame)

Simply put I'd like to find a semi established to a well established group of players to roll with at launch. I'm not interested in helping build up a fledgling clan or other small groups.

About me in game:

I'm a jack of al trades. During the beta I didn't really get to see any group action but I know that's where the fun is in these games. I like PvE (my main focus) and will participate in PvP from time to time. I can learn any role in a game, and execute them well.

About me out of game:

I'm 31, working in Washington DC, and my game time is precious to me. I only get a few hours a night during the week and I don't like to waste them. I'm laid back and relaxed and don't take offense to much of anything. If there is a group activity that is going on and we get stuck on something or people don't seem to be able to make decisions I will speak up. I'm not one of those go hard or go home types, I just hate indecision. Doing something wrong and learning from it is better then doing nothing.

My play time usually is from 7:30pm to 11pm or so during the week. Weekends are pretty open at the moment. Lastly, I now everyone, including me, has an ego (not the in game EGO). That's fine, but I hate elitist attitudes. People that have them annoy me to no end.

You might fit in nicely with us, most of our members are 25-35, some of us have been playing together for close to a decade. Your play times match right up with our prime time. We are not a dictatorship so everyone will be a free to have a say on what we should do whenever we run into issues while raiding. We don't have any elitist type members and don't want any either. We use mumble and generally whenever you logon there will be people doing something together that you will quickly be able to jump into and join.

We are aiming to have around 20-25 members, this could change once we get a better idea of what endgame will be like. We want to be very organized without being overly strict. We understand this is a game and people don't want to come home from work just to be stressed out by a video game.
