    Same problem here too. I entered both keys and they activated fine and saw them in the transaction history. Later after entering the rest of my Ark codes that is all that is listed now in my transaction history. Although when I go to the manage game place only the Deluxe and Season Pass are listed for preorder.

    Here goes support answer:

    We have been able to confirm that the two vouchers you sent us have been correctly added to your account. To be precise: on 03/22/2013. We can't provide any answer as to why you don't see them in Steam anymore. Maybe you should contact their support service to know, but as far as we are concerned, you have your pre-order for Defiance.

    Still I don't see Deluxe and standard versions as activated on my account (both available for purchase), don't see transactions, don't see support fully understood my question (they decided something is wrong with Steam).

    It seems I'll have to pray to every God we've created to be able to play at launch without problems and 20 hours delay...

    Odd, I was told neither preorder or standard edition were found on my account. I'll have to contact them and give it another shot.

    Got the same problem myself cant see pre order or deluxe added in history, but i see the 120 arkhunter codes and a few Rift transactions.

    Im sure i saw the two codes getting added in the Apply Code history but that was like before 80 ark hunter codes So gone from that list now as it only shows 10 items, and its not registered in the transaction history!

    People, WHY are you spreading mixed information. Please, can someone give the correct information on this and cite source? Good lord.

    I have purchased the game from Steam and have not received ANY KEYS. This does not bother me because I assume that once the game launches I will be able to download it, and from within the client I will be able to connect my Steam account with my account at Trion.

    Is that incorrect?

    The problem is, I have personally seen information that says we can connect our accounts from WITHIN the game client at release. But I have NOT seen any proof whatsoever that we are in any way required to enter a CD key into Trion's website in order to play.

    Either stop spreading incorrect information or clear up why this information is incorrect immediately, its pissing me off.

    There is no Steam/Trion account linking.

    If you have not received a key from steam then you have to contact steam. To make sure whether you got keys or not.

    Go to your steam library. In the upper right select the "detailed veiw" button. Now at the top your game list select "Installed" and then choose "All Games" from the drop down box. Now scroll down to Defiance and select it. Look to the right side of the information pane, select CD Key. It should pop-up a new window with your keys.

    If you do not see your keys or see defiance in your game list contact steam support.

    Yes I found it thank you. I dont understand why it doesnt allow you to view this by right clicking the game like every other game on steam does. :|

    Also, try logging out and then back in to steam.
