If you are that worried about it smurf, take all your good items, give them to a friend you absolutely trust.
Create a whole new account, and transfer those items over to the new account. You will level back up in no time.

And if you dont get banned, then transfer your stuff back.

Yea dont worry i already did, u know whats funny though? I used all my ark salvege just in case and got a ground pounder assassin with three great rolls and all mods unlocked... Right b4 i get banned lol

How can you get banned with no proof?

Technically if they just ban you based on someones "pure word" they could look at a little lawsuit on they're hands.

Unless he has proof man, he can't do crap. The trion support will probably laugh at him.
There are tons of stupid people who make trades, and then change their mind after and threaten you, if you know it was a honest sincere trade then don`t fret it
