yeah, unfortunately Trion kinda dropped the ball on that one. With every other limited/collectors edition I bought, they stopped taking orders after they reached a point where they knew the demand was too high for them to fill on release day.
Assuming however the problem is instead in the manufacturing plant and not the excess number of Ue preorders I'm sure Trion will compensate you for your week to ten days without defiance
