Got a Munitions interchanger 2 dropped and i have no idea what it does or how i equip it,any ideas? Also where do i find a npc vendor that sells vehicles? Thanks

The Munitions Interchanger is a Detonator mod that allows quicker reloading. To attach it to a Detonator, go to the Salvage Matrix and select a Detonator to attach it to. Select the magazine slot. If it doesn't have one, select "Add Mod Slot". Then, select the Munitions Interchanger and complete the action.

As foe a vehicle vendor, they can be found at Iron Demon Ranch and Headlands Transit Depot.
