Can't add friend ingame.

My friend is new to the game. I'm ego 1300 something and i've tried adding him but it's not possible. I can add anyone else, just not him. Hes ego 99 right now.

Also, he owns the full game.

Try logging out then back in and tell him to do the same.

if you search him then inspect him theres a add friend button there

Can only add 1 friend per log in.....

Do not know for sure, at no point in time have I bothered to check, however.
There may be a friend cap
I have gotten to the point where even inspecting a person, won't add them to friend list.
Where I am removing people who don't log in for 5 days.
