Infector guns...

Not gonna lie, after seeing a video of a gun that infects monsters and spawns little parasites, I pre-ordered the game.

Are these weapons as good/awesome as the video made them look? I hope they create cool and innovative guns like this in the future. Very awesome!

I never tried one. I stuck to my sniper , lmg and pistol

it was fun to use in PvE, not sure about how well it would work in Pvp. It works kind of like how that purple needler weapon works in Halo, the rounds home in on the target doing very little damage and then explode for like 850 damage when you stack enough charges.

it melts arkfall crystals away.. but its range and accuracy is an issue in pvp..

There are like 5 different types of infectors and they each have slightly different uses. They seem to be underpowered but I have started to like them more. The people that understand how to use them do very well with them its just deciding what ones to use and learning the right strategies for that type may take a bit.
