Will there be on the fly loadout switching?

Will there be an option in the retail release to switch loadouts on the fly instead of having to hit the pause button? Such LB+RB or something like that on the 360/PS3?

This would really come in handy so we don't have to hit the pause button in the middle of a fight.

It would be awesome if they allowed that. I tend to switch out my loadouts on the fly, and the lag often gets me killed, even when I'm cloaked.

I believe someone mentioned a Kinect command for this but the thing is for those of us who don't have Kinect (me and many others) it's gonna make the game a bit annoying when we die from trying to switch loadouts.
