Except that they said the DLC was going to be out after the 2nd client side patch. Doesn't really mesh with the DLC schedule being after the season ended.

You know I read that article too, not to defend Trion, but they left it purposefully vague. They said you see shiny new DLC, Not DLC will be released. For all we know they we're talking about a reveal like they did at E3.

While it is a little glib to hint at a reveal and then not do it, it's also pretty crass to keep referring to the same article that, for all we know, your miss quoting. This is why people use vague language.

Vague my ***. They said numerous times that the DLC was pushed back due to bug fixes and they said the DLC would be out after the two client side patches. If it was pushed back, how does that coincide with being out AFTER the season ended? it doesn't. People are reaching to defend Trion and I'm tired of it. They screwed up and now they need to own up to it.

You know what, you've said this numerous times. Give me the link that shows them saying the release date and I will rail against Trion with you.

Send me to the same blog post and I will smack you down again. It says you will see, not you will have, or it will be released. It says you will see which leaves much do be desired in a promise.

They did say it was delayed due to patches, but never did it mention what the original planned date for release was. It could have been slated for the day the show ended and not three weeks later. They said there was a delay so they owned up to it. They've owned up to their screw ups too, or do you not read the community blogs.

I'll admit I'm late to the party, I got the game the day of release and left the community alone for the first couple of weeks. So seriously give me the links where you found this information where they said they were planning to release the DLC before the show ended.

I believe that it the reason the game is being held back is that they released in a state that could be called early beta at best, and have spent almost every day trying to get the code to 'gold' status...and have managed to get it to mid-beta. Mismanagement and poor coders are the problem.

This is nothing like an early beta at all. I agree it’s a bit unfinished but…no.

Yea... I kinda' would like to see this set in stone due date Arsenic keeps harping on aswell... Then maybe this issue will finally 'Thunderdome' itself and we can move onwards.
