Im confused, game on disc or what??

i saw a youtube dev video, and he said install ones and never use the disc again.

The disc will still need to be in the tray to play but the content will be loaded from the HDD.

You will need to disk to launch the game, that's an Xbox requirement.

Im curious if it will be a regular game install or hopefully like a pc disc so its just one install and we never need to use the disc to play it

Microsoft requires the game disk for authentication purposes. To prove you didn't pirate it.

to add to your confusion when it is a "game on demand" you can buy it off the dashboard. but pc can have it downloaded, need xbox disk for now

The season pass is not on the disc. you buy that from the markplace and then as the dlc come available you download them from the in-game menu

hey guys just wondering i have an xbox 4gb system and a 16gb flashdrive and i heard you need at least 10gb of space to install defiance will a 16gb flash drive work or will i need a hardrive?

you might be able to with a usb but might be horrible wrong, and i cannot remember what sledgehammer said

you can use a usb but you will probably need a bigger one than 16gb so i would go with the hard drive
