I've got all 132 codes entered and that last EGO level won't unlock. I've logged in and out a few times but still no change.

Yes it has happened to a lot of people including me and i dont think there is a proper solution to fixing it at the moment. I think there is another thread on here that talks about this problem but i cant remember where i saw it.
Nope but when i first start entering codes it took 10 minutes at one point to catch up

Didn't have any problems with that. Maybe you just need to wait until it updates. If it doesn't contact the support.
