120 arkfall code reward problem

Well as long as the record shows your codes have been entered then it's just a matter of them triggering the levels which one would hope they could do with a script though I imagine Trion is very careful about handling peoples account info these days and don't want to make any mistakes. I would think it's highly likely that this will be fixed before launch ( but maybe not long before ) but even if it takes longer you know they will fix it eventually because all the relevant info is present.

Yeah same here, i have all 120 codes but still awaiting the last 2 unlocks and an email from trion.

Will just wait it out

All 120 codes unlocked and still level 1, i hope they will fix it soon.

I've got all 120 (well 133 ) codes added, but I'm stuck on Lv. 12 with the last 3 still locked

Seems like I had a level and reward reset as well. As soon as I hit 121 codes the system went belly up on me.
