Pre-order codes question

I hope a developer might answer this.

I pre-ordered via Amazon.com, got the pre-order key via email and entered it so it would be done. However, I then saw the info on the Steam bonuses and decided to quickly cancel my Amazon pre-order, with the intention of ordering through Steam instead.

Will the Amazon pre-order code on my account prevent me from getting the Steam pre-order bonuses on that account instead? I've unlocked the Arkhunter codes as well, so I don't want to risk having to make a new account to utilize my Steam purchase and pre-order bonuses, an account that wouldn't have the Arkhunter codes attached.

In short, will having entered a pre-order code from one retailer prevent me from switching my pre-order to a different retailer. I just want to ensure that I'll get the pre-order bonus for the retailer I'm actually pre-ordering the game from, rather than being locked into the pre-order bonuses for a previous retailer that has allowed me to cancel said pre-order.

Sledgehammer70 has already answered a similar question. Pre-orders from different companies stack, as long as they are all for the same system. So in theory you could purchase from gamestop, steam and amazon and get all the pre-order weapons.
