Nope. If it was a UI glitch then the emails would have been sent anyways ...
put in last few codes to get to 132 codes 3 days ago... still only shows 120/120, no email. page still shows last 2 locked. Customer support says if issue isn't resoled at launch to submit another ticket. only really want the ego perk as title isn't really meaningful.

That happened to me. In my case, I had input 120 codes, and the last three levels hadn't unlocked. I put in a 121st code, and nothing happened. I came here to see if anyone else was having trouble, and I saw that others were complaining, too. So, I waited, thinking the site was just acting up.
After a day with no update, I figured something must be wrong, as that was long enough for any server hiccups to have cleared up, and I went ahead and entered another code (so, 122 total). At that point, everything updated, and I immediately got the e-mail.
Try another code and see if it works. If not, you might need to call Trion on Monday and see what's up. I do not believe that simply having 120 codes in your transaction history is enough. Every level has its own notation in that history, as well. Without those unlocks, I don't think people will get everything. The e-mail itself is triggered not by inputting 120 codes, but by unlocking the 15th level. Those unlocks in the transaction history should be what tells the game to give you stuff.

i just added my 122nd code after waiting a few days and got lvl 15 and the email after a slight delay.

Same situation for me. 120/120, last two still locked, no email on final achievements. Also, a friend has been trying to sign up to enter codes for days, even when entire form is properly filled out, it says "all fields in red required". I tested this myself and duplicated the issue.
The only official response I've seen was to say "of course entering your codes is worth it, look at what you can unlock", to paraphrase, with no real acknowledgement of the issues.
My friend refuses to pre-order until he knows he can enter the codes and get the rewards before he does so, so this issue may be costing them pre-orders.
