Lots of speculation from what I've seen. Apparently multiple shots though there might be something for damage for the blade. I'll see if I can find something more definitive.

So how is this going to be handled? Is it going to a one time chance upon logging in for the first time after the release or can I hang on to it and use it later on?

Also, you're simply angering the fanbase by refusing to give us an idea of when it will be released. Judging by this post and the lack of any new information, it will not be anytime soon. Hell, at this point I would simply like to know why it is taking so long.

They HAVE given us an idea when it will be released. Several times, in fact. The most recent info was from Nathan Richardsson at E3 when he told us it would be late July. Trion isn't about to give us Yet Another Target Date (YATD) until they have missed the current target. Hence, stay tuned. If they miss late July, THEN we can ask politely for a new date from the new Executive Producer.

This question has probably been asked alot but once again....any estimated or known eta on this DLC release date,i do hope it is in this month of July and not some billion years later.

The reason the release date isn't announced yet is because if they give an approximation and don't meet it for an unforseen reason, then all you whiners will just flood the forums again. Be patient. All good things come in due time. Those with real concerns, thanks for keeping things in perspective and asking questions with genuine thirst for knowledge.
