ive also read elsewhere if sony or microsoft finds anything wrong with any game dlc that will corrupt ps3 or xbox software then its sent back to the devs for fixing. lets say trion sent the dlc on july 1st and trion set a date of july 30 but sony or microsoft finds a prob on july 29 then they (trion) would prefer to keep all parts of the community on the same page content-wise and not release it. they would fix the problem then they would HAVE to send it back to both microsoft and sony for reapproval even if say microsoft found the problem with the xbox and sony had already approved it. sooo the responsible dev would not set the release date until it has been finalized on both consoles which is what trion is doing. so no i dont work at trion but it seems obvious to me from redavacado messages. btw redavacado if your reading this, you have done a much better job with communicating with the community since youve been working w/ trion.
i did quote from redavacado blog post the line that i got this from to QUOTE... again "We did want to get this out sooner but we had some launch issues to take care of first"
Redavacado also posted this in another forum "Giving an expected date would not be a responsible thing to do. There are some things that are not fully in our control revolving around the consoles that keep us from giving an exact date. There is enough certainty that we feel like we can say August but that is much different than a specific date within August"
furthermore, that have streamed game dlc content at comic-con on twitch which can be found at (starts around 1:50) http://www.defiancedata.com/page.php?id=38
