I don't understand, are we gonna have to install a new client or just simply update our beta clients?

BTW I am still getting the "login successful, but not auth" msg should I redownload or just keep trying to login?

the retail Defiance is a separate install from the alpha and beta.

Basically you need to go into your Trion acct and change the password. I just used my old password as my new password and that works also.

Once the new password is applied, Fire up the client , login and the Update button should appear.

Nope still nothing. I pre-ordered it via Amazon UK so I guess I'll have to wait till they get around to authorizing those orders sales.

that does not always work. As said in the original post. They will keep on letting more and more people pre-load throughout the weekend

Does it say, "Your Email Address has been verified"? It's under the Security tab of Account management.

I got mine working as soon as I swapped my gamestop pre-order to steam via getting steam wallet moneys (looks like ill get both pre-order guns too snicker) but when Installing Defiance I noticed that it does not prompt for a folder to install to when updating or nor can I find any folder with the information being downloaded. Had the patcher 1/3 of the way or so then it reset when my internet dropped for a second and had to start over completely. Basically what im wondering is has any other person noticed this?

Kind of wierd not being able to find out where the files are going imo, or maybe im just having a **** moment and my search isnt finding it.
