Hey, it's not exactly the topic of this discussion but it's highly correlated.
I keep getting the "not entitled" message, but I think it's ok for now.
I just want to be sure: is it ok to have in the transaction history just the PREORDER_PC code?




Do I just have to wait? Am I all set to go?

I've had the same thing since friday. Still getting the "you have logged in but your account in not entitled to play defiance" error...

Same here. I'm confused at the information that has been shared with us so far. Need to know how those who have pre-ordered outside Trion like me (I ordered the Ultimate Edition from Gamestop) are going to be given access to preload the data, since they're not 'entitled to play' yet.

if you are getting "you have logged in but your account in not entitled to play defiance" then 9/10 times its because you haven't linked your CD-key towards your Trion Account, i've had this before too, i could just download the game from the website but it would have said that i wasn't entitled to play defiance, after i inserted the CD-Key at apply codes in my account section, the "error" vanished.

There's really nothing for everyone else to do but to take the code they receive from the retailer and enter it on the "apply code" section of the Trion game management page. That isn't the problem. I am assuming, of course, that everyone did that.

Please take a look above. We have entered our cd-key but its still giving the error. Changing password or opting in the newsletter is not fixing it.

Hmmmm i downloaded the Game allrdy and could patch without any Problems. Last Time i tried was 2days ago and just now i got a new Patch to load.
2 Days ago i was allrdy "ingame" but couldnt find a Server Connection.

I got two keys, one for pre-order and one for the game itself, ofc the name of it can change according to the website/shop you used.
i guess you still need to get another CD-key for the game itself and that's why you aren't entitled.

that isnt necessarily true. The Preorder code u show is that of Steam. And As u know there are more rewards with a Steam preorder and thats maybe why we need 2 Keys and the others only 1.
