PS: Trion, wanna get people to lay off a little bit? Re-release Afflicted Sieges until DLC. Add that matrix stuff you were talking about to make up for punishing higher egos, and add it swiftly. Also, drop a couple of new things in the game, doesn't even have to be major (just no data recorders), and I am sure that will buy you another couple of weeks before people grab their pitchforks and torches once again.

Yeah I'd really like to see the Afflicted Sieges back on for a bit just for more things to do until the DLC. Can't imagine it'd be hard to turn them on again to help with the wait.

They disappeared when they Ninja'd that 1.024 Patch in the game. Seriously, one day I read it on the boards with no release date. It was getting negative feedback (the positive weapon xp was being overshadowed by the high ego punishment). So not even 24 hours later, I turn on my game and there it was. I rush to the boards to find out if they ever said a release date, and after looking through 3 pages of topics, I then noticed they had made the discussion a sticky. Now, for me, after seeing the same 3 stickies up for for quite some time, I didn't even pay attention to them and it is why I missed it. After that, all I read from any Trioners was something about something in the matrix for higher ego peeps to quell the sourness of the punishment. After that, it just seemed whenever I saw a name in purple on these boards it was copy/paste answers or thread closures. It's like they think running and hiding makes the boogeyman go away.

I don't know if that had anything to do with the sudden disappearance of that Gary Stelmeck dev (sorry if I misspelled his name) and the weapon ner...um, "balancing" thread. However, the responses from that alone would also have driven me into hiding.

Seriously, this game is a great game and has potential to be even better. However, it's Trion that keeps ruining it and running people away. It's like they really don't want it to succeed. If I had a business that could be a powerhouse, I think I would be more interactive with the customers and actually listen and communicate with them and try to make money.

PS: Even that "new" DLC info post Sledge shared was a copy/paste response with info they had already shared 2 months prior. 2 months!

Yeah I would be nice if Trion would show up here and there to at least tell us what's wrong and what they're doing, even if it's to start threads they won't read due to the ensuing be-yotch fest.

Then again, I'd probably say skrew the forums and get back to trying to hammer out something patch and/or DLC related if I was working at Trion.

I just want some new working content, and my SAWs no less awesome.

The most of the players are new players between ego 1-1500.

The high lvl's leave the game why there is nothing to make for them.

I wouldn't say that all of us are leaving. Just hit 4000 last night myself. Not upset that I don't get that last perk slot, happy that I made a goal I set for myself. Plus the outfit is kinda sweet. I hope they fix the issue with the outfit for Human males, so they can enjoy it as well.
