We should have the ability to add Nicknames to guns. In your case - "Gypsy Danger" VOT Fragger. The nickname should unlock when you add all 4 mods or max out its XP.
I so want to get an orange syphon Assassain Wolfound with only crit and damage rolls and 4 blue Assassin mods just so I can name it - "Number 9 Caster".
