Lock Boxes Take Payment and Keycodes - No Items Given

I have purchase 3 T4 Lock Boxes today at various Vendors and it takes the Scrip and Keycodes but doesn't give any items. Please advise.

Got the same problem once last week. Was wondering if I just overlooked it, but seems there was a bug:/

Thanks for posting. I have purchased the Lock Boxes in the past with no issues. Not sure if this is related but I recently purchased the Season Pass DLC and claimed the items in the Store. I got the items from that Lock Box with no issues. I tried purchasing the Keycodes from one of the Lock Boxes that failed to give me items for a T4 and I was able to get the keycodes. I tried to purchase a T2 Lock Box and still had the same issue.

Did you check your inventory to ensure no new items (indicated by the glowing bar on the right of each one) in there? There is a known bug where the game will stop displaying the pop up. You will still get the items but there's no indication that you did. The easiest way to tell (and something you should check if nothing happens after purchasing a lockbox) is salvage an item and if nothing pops up, then that's it.

I thought the same thing happened to me but as Conneri says, I simply checked my inventory and saw four items marked as new altho I had just cleared my inventory prior to purchasing the lockbox. Really freaked me out at first tho as I don't really farm keycodes so it takes me a while to get enough to even afford a T4.
