Is it possible to have Cloak and Overcharge?

I wanted to know if its possible to have cloak and overcharge, if its possible, how?
Can you buy it from the store or do you have to grind it out?

Yeah just connect the perks in between one to the other. At the same time you can't though if that's what you mean.

You can use one or the other in game play not both at the same time. but if you want to know if you can have them both unlocked you can have all 4 main powers unlocked and have different powers on each loadout. but you cannot use 2 major powers together. yet! hope this helps

you'll eventually have pretty much everything maxed as far as perks go. You can make one loadout revolve around cloak, and another revolve around overkill. Another overkill one for arkfalls that takes all the +explosive perks(good to know this if you havn't already, makes explosives really fun. Killing a mob with a boom boom refreshes yur nade some, can make it fill yur clip, damage escalation based on the number of mobs hit by a single boom boom, more loot, etc etc =)

You can only have one ego at a time, but you can make multiple load-outs for one character, which will allow you to switch ego powers on the fly.

Also, you can unlock both very quickly. Simply make a character wit cloak as their ego power, then go here to get all of the arkfall codes, and here to add them to your account. This will allow you to unlock the "scavenger" perk, which is right next to the Overcharge ego power.

you can if you equip cloak as ego power and have shadow strike perk maxed then you will be able to cloak plus the shadow strike perk adds 30% damage when cloaked....
overcharge gives you 30% damage only difference is overcharge has no recoil....

Shadow Strike only works for the first shot that takes you out of cloak, you have to wait to re-enter cloak for it to work again. Good for Snipers and Sawed Offs. Although there is rumor of a glitch that lets BMGs get the bonus even after coming out of cloak...

you can have everything unlocked, you're just not going to be able to use them at the same time. Unless you pop open your loadouts and switch real fast to a new loadout with a diff ego power, but that just resets your current ego anyways, so it's not like you could use cloak while Overcharge is active.

And then you stand there invisible for ages while game loads you, being hit the entire time, or maybe that is just me. That is if the menu isn't completely blank when you open it. Changing loadouts in fights is just asking for trouble in most cases, considering everything is saved on the servers and takes a few seconds to load. I wish there was a better way, map takes too long to load also, why is it all server based.. but I digress.

Well here's the thing. Technically no you can't have two EGO powers active at the same time-you only can equip one per loadout. As has been said, in order to open up another you have to open up perks that lead a trail to that new one or unlock one next to a new EGO that has its icon showing.

But I do think there is a new exploit that someone has found that allows them to use Blur/Cloak. I've seen it in PvP a lot. On the xbox so this isn't a PC thing. I've seen players go from Blur to Cloak and vice versa-I've hit player in cloak with the Canker or other weapon that does tick damage (Northstar Flare or a pyro grenade, for example) and have seen them go from cloak to blur. I'm assuming there is some sort of quick loadout jump and exploit that is allowing them to go from one active EGO to another.

I have not yet seen this done with any of the others like Cloak and Overcharge, so it may be a specific set of perks even that allows this.
