I haven't seen anything asking about this on the boards yet, so I figured that I'd do it:

In terms of the preorder bonuses and the ego code bonuses, are those set up to be one of each per account or per character created? The Ego bonuses seemed to give the sense that it was one per account, but these things are generally done as blanket rewards in other games that affect all characters you make. Can anyone provide any further insight on this?

I think its tied to account so all chars on the account will get them

If it follows the Rifts model then its all characters. I opened a support ticket on it, will post response when I get it.

The EGO codes are account, it's a safe bet preorder are as well. Though they aren't named specifically in the FAQ.

Account wide. In the same way that each costume/vehicle you buy from the shop is account wide. Check the "Claim" tab in the Defiance Shop to retrieve your items.
