Agreed. I missed out on both shows and would love to hear any info that was released in the interview. It doesn't have to be a freaking entire manuscript of everything said... just someone please inform us of anything that may be relevant. and worth a crap.

He was pretty awesome going into all of the details behind the DLC, and how the new systems will work. He also took the time to explain some of the issues they have had, and what fixes they have in store for those issues. Really just amazed at the raw amount of information he gave us. We will be announcing another replay this week, and then posting a webcast. We play it on the air a few times to reward our listeners for tuning in, and supporting us, by letting them be the first to hear it. Then we make the interviews available on YouTube.

As for a written transcript well you dont get a transcript of Defiance's twitch shows, or even something like the SDCC panel. You have to wait for the replays or observant fans to re-post the information.

Quite frankly the management staff at KTAM is small. We have a lot of great volunteers that help with voices, and commercial content, things of that nature, but a small few of us work on the interviews. That means putting them together, making the contacts, emails back and forth things of that nature. Then we have to research the guest so we really know who we are talking to, so we can come up with a list of questions that guest is able to answer. Then there is the actual show, and then onto editing, and cutting that raw audio into a reply/webcast. All the while working on new guests and content for our regular shows on the station.

On top of all of that, we all work day jobs. This is a hobby that alot of us put a tremendous amount of our limited free time into. I would rather spend our limited time working on new content, and new interviews, then writing a transcript of what will be easily available in a few days on YouTube.

I am sorry if this answer does not satisfy some of you, but alas we can not, and as evidenced by these forums simply can not please everyone. Rest assured we do our best to answer the needs of our fans, and respond to constructive criticism. KTAM Radio is working hard to bring you awesome original in character Defiance themed radio content, along with great interviews with the people that make the game what it is!

Yeah, about that... I didn't ask for a transcript, just some info on what was said. So, now you are saying you are going to have another replay before posting it on youtube? You said earlier you are posting it on youtube Wednesday....So what time will your replay be tomorrow then? Plus, I don't need a dissertation on the steps to get an interview set up. Did you actually read my post? or just the first few lines and decided you needed to write a book?

you can choose to stay in the dark or take info. how ever it comes.

Or they could choose to not support a company that only communicates with its customers through third parties and to make sure they make their displeasure with that policy known.

If this sort of thing were the exception it would be one thing, but it is not. What little actual information comes out about the future of Defiance invariably arrives in the middle of a two hour arse kissing contest on some podcast/livecast or other.

That is, frankly, completely unacceptable, and is a large part of the reason the playerbase doesn't feel like Trion is communicating with them in any useful fashion.

oh please really? i cant believe i posted a link to remind everyone that this show was going on and i catch this kind of crap. it should not matter how you hear a dev speak to you all just that they do speak. i wouldnt care even if it comes pony express as long as i hear some good news.

this is the problem here guys there is a mind set to complain on matter what is done or not done. trick gave us a lot of great info. more than we have recieved so far.. so why cant you just be happy about it?

skatch and beck is doing us a great service and gives us something no other game has. they dont twist anyones arm for you to join in and listen to their show. if you choose to be a part of it then you will see that it a fun place to be. i dont think i did anything wrong by posting a link to their show but if you all think so then oh well.

i am trying very hard to be a part of these forums but it very hard to enjoy this place. all that goes on here is just one big pity party. most of what i see here is a place to come to and cry complain and fight. when someone trys to brings something happy and good it is met with this crap. you guys cant see the good for looking for the bad.
