I think that the answers we all need regarding the SE/UE will start to be answered as the community starts getting their UE and sharing what's in box and codes they have. I don't think any faith should be put in to an official word. 70 pages of more or less the same question has gone unanswered. Granted we make up very possibly a small minority of affected customers, and everyone realises that its not Trion/amazon at fault, and to be fair everyone is quite level headed about it, it's just the lack of communication regarding the confusion which is pissing everyone off.

and i carnt reset hols once ther booked at work.preorded this the day the became avalible ,if only my brother would play the pc i would have been fine.i did send an email to trion about a grace period for preorder players affected by this thing,thay did not answer my question,well here is response a bit cut and paste
