Stop calling them toons

FYI the use of "toons" has only been popular in the americas. In europe it's been always "character" and will stay that way. No kiddies in Eu.

I say character as well but in some game`s i type char or what there real name`s are for that game.

I have never heard the term toon until I read this thread. That aside I think I will start using it from now on just because this is what you choose to complain about... Now excuse me while I make a new toon.

Really hate to mention it but toon and avatar are the same thing.

It is still just the graphical representation of the user or the user's alter ego.

Both are correct we all might have a preference but it's just that our preference.
