IF it gets to tier 3??? its at 86% now with over 60 hours till release, tier 2 took about 36 hours, and i think its been in tier 3 for about 30 hours. so im pretty sure it's "when" it hits tier 3 not "if".

I don't think it's 100% correct. Unless I'm an idiot, it doesn't actually give you everything listed in the bundle;
It gives you >a< copy of RIFT, and the expansion Storm Legion, but it doesn't give you the copy of RIFT listed through the links because that copy includes a 1 month sub, and I can't for the life of me find that.
Now at 95%, nicely done. After I go to bed, and then wake up, it should be unlocked!
And now, 97% Looks like the Steam players will indeed be getting to Tier 3!
at 98% im sure everyone will be getting that Tier 3 unlocked if not someone needs to buy some extra copies to give away though they dont say how many will copies will make up that 2% :/
Soooo... Anybody who doesn't have Defiance on steam, but still owns steam wanna buy a cheap copy of Rift and expansion? ;D
