You know you can download the Defiance straight from Trion. Whenever you want. Forever. Just sayin.
Jep, Steam is a nice version of the game. You'll get some nice extra's and help people get to Tier 3. If you aren't interested in buying the game for the full price here is a nice option too:

And you can still put the money you saved to ingame currency to buy whatever you want.
