Actually, if anyone wants to have it cheaper, you can buy it at russian store gamazavr.ru, which is in the list of retailers. It costs only 29$ for pre-oreder, and only 19$ for the seson pass
Just for the record, if you buy it on steam you don't need to be logged into steam(you don't need steam open at all) to play it. Just about all steam games are fully installed on your harddrive and can be accessed just like any other game by going to the folder it's installed in and double-clicking the executable, bypassing the steam interface entirely.
