Defiance is selling for $9.99 on Steam. It has a Metascore rating of 65. The game has it's own television show, a huge company making a lot of money on other games, and it's on three platforms.
It peaked today @ 2,320 players and has 1,760 current players.
The worst game probably ever to hit Steam, Infestation: Survivor Stories, formerly known as WarZ is selling for $14.99. It has a Metascore rating of 20. (yes.. 20). It is made by a nothing company ran by nobodies with no advertising, inept devs, and a crapload of pissed-off past and present customers.
It peaked today @ 7,771 players and has 5,178 current players.
So, the question is: are people really that stupid or is this game that bad and that poorly run?
Can someone who's into Steam stats explain just how this is possible or am I misreading something?
