I'm happy to see the fixes coming in 1.025 but once again, I'm getting "The Defiance service is unavailable" the night before a scheduled update. This has happened the last two updates as well, has anyone else experienced this or am I just unlucky?

I've had this too, it's like they waited too long to update servers. All my friends got kicked off too. And once again no word from Trion.
Even if you're are in the menu it will say defiance as their status so they are probably just sitting there hitting play over and over hoping it will work one of the times lol.Originally Posted by bigguy

Just assume they have no clue what's going on that is usually the case.
This has been happening randomly it seems. Last time I couldn't get on for more than 10 minutes for a couple days. This time I haven't had any problems. (knock on wood) Hopefully this all gets fixed soon.
When i logged into to play i seen a note that the server might be going up and down for some players. It was right above the patch notes. might have been their way of telling us but not telling us...lol
