Changes to character

Just put this in the bug forum, but wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I logged in this morning to find that my perks had been remapped, and that my character outfit had been changed also a hat I bought for him has vanished.

Are these kind of random changes to a character on log in normal?

I've not had that happen. I've had a few mini reverts for lag reasons, but nothing like what you've had happen. Hopefully you can get it sorted with support.

Gets slightly worse, after searching the forum to here and steam, I logged back in to find more weapons missing which sucks since I had found a sniper rifle like grrr.

Worst that ever happened to me is that they lost a purple syphon SAW during a morning (PC/NA) reboot and replaced it with a purple Bio.

OTOH, people have had their whole characters go missing and replaced successfully recently, so there IS hope that with enough perseverance on your part they can find and restore your 'toon's stuff correctly.
