The big things I would complain about with this game is the lack of a chat system and auction house. It would certainly have made the community stronger and easier to group up. Luckily, I found that the vast majority of the content I've done so far could be soloed or there were people already in the area working on it.
This one made me /facepalm.The other reason is that it is a MMOFPS, which means you aren't going to get the amount of content you would get from an MMORPG, sorry but its the truth.
WHY does it have to be this way? Why is it we can't have large amount of content/world size/better events/depth/etc like MMORPGs just because it's a shooter? That's one heck of a lame excuse imo. I say it is possible. You could make a MMO shooter with heavy MMORPG elements if they actually tried.
Anyways, main reason why this game aint that deep is probably more to do with the current console limitations than anything else.

The game is on Artificial Aiming's master package lists, since bugs are fixed so horribly slow, let alone cheating, enjoy being headshot by cheaters that see little rectangles around you even if you're stealthed.

I still like the game, it's fun. That or I enjoy self abuse.
