Hotshot lockout?

So I just did dam defense to get the daily contract done, got the gold, and exit to carry on with my business only to notice the icon to select it is now gone. Is there now a ninja lockout on replaying them in a certain time period?

This one is bugged on PS3 also. For many of us, the moment we go into it to start killing skitterlings for that contract, it immediately completes the contract with 40/40. We don't have to actually fire the weapon even once. O_o
