I had problems when I first started too. Try killing things from far away and picking baddies off one at time. Make liberal use of your ego power and when they get too close, run. I found Cloak extremely useful when starting ( most enemies literally forget about you when you use it ).

Even if you have to kill one and run away from the mobs til they leash atleast you killed one.

I am soo terrible at this game...

I am trying to pick them off one at a time...but it seems like when I try that a gang of them overtake me....I need someone to walk me through a mission or two....this was a birthday present I bought myself and I want to play..LOL but all i do is die.
