Cannot find Lights of the Fallen

I found all mine on Mount Tam near the radio station, everytime I passed the station it would be there to redo - just north on the flat field next to the road

I found them at the bug n chug just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, one by the lock box and one due south right against one of the
Mini walls.

Headlands is the best place for them. There are two behind the garage, and two down by the gate as you come in off the main road. By the time you hit the last two, the first two have respawned. 2 1/2 round trips gets you all 10 if no one else is there picking them up at the same time you are.
