Pretty sure you have to reach Ego Rating of 1hundo b4 the pvp option opens up to you. Once that's hit, you may pvp till your brains drip out your nose.

Meh, try it for yourself and decide from there. Listening to some of these burnouts will only have you jaded b4 you've even step foot into your first match. I'm not saying it's peachy-keen in there with rainbow-pootin' unicorns and magical happiness sprinkled everywhere you look, but it is definitely not gonna' be easy mode till you get your perks unlocked and a decent understanding of the weapon types.
