How does Salvage Matrix Works actually ?

i bought Salvage matrix too but seems like not working for me or im doin something wrong...

Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Salvage Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself.

Think the item has to have a mod slot. If you press P you can see salvage matrix at the top. Select the item and if it has a slot should give you an option to add or remove a mod.

Says in the launcher info that it is not implemented.

i have figured out ...

buy from vendor destroy,add mod, remove mod etc. then add your item in salvage then u shud have option to destroy item and then u gain material... if item has mod on u can remove it
