Gamazavr is Trion's partner for Russia - it's on Trion's site. Though I've purchased Deluxe on Steam for $43.

deluxe is not including the season pass i guess

Gamazavr has exactly the same price as Steam with "Russian discount": $30 for base PC version, $43 for Deluxe.

You have to be in russia (or fake that you are). I wouldn't lie about where I live to save a few coins. I suspect you also need a russian credit card, but didn't check as I live in Denmark.
