In my first match I believe I went 0-14. The other day in my last two matches on waterfront I went a combined 15-2-6. I wasn't on the forums complaining about bunny hoppers and Detonators, I was playing, learning, practicing, and adapting. That's what a lot of you should probably do. Every thread on this site seems to be complaining about this or that or arguing who's cheating and exploiting bugs. God damn its annoying.

I get irritated by the bunny-hoppers but am getting better with my aim and get great joy watching them collapse when I shoot them out of the air (still get killed by them a lot when they are using a no-aim weapons but that adds to the sense of accomplishment when I win the battle). Infectors are also irritating - especially when I kill them only to die a short time later from the infection....actually don't really even mind that since I understand the damage is just being delayed and it actually is what probably allowed me to get the kill as well...but the no-aim aspect of that weapon does suck.
I have no issue with the self-healing of the BMG....if they are self healing, they aren't attacking and any decent weapon can do more damage than the BMG can heal...so their only choice is to run...which is a perfectly acceptable tactic although without BLUR, is likely to be unsuccessful in most instances.
Interesting thing on this thread is the complaint that everyone is using the same load out...but then 5 different ones are listed....and it definitely doesn't cover all the ones that I see being used.

I admit, im a little blur/ det man, but I will use whats most fun/useful, and for me its that. Infectors are a bit better after the patch, and BMGS don't heal enough to care about.
People running away with BLUR? Use blur and chase them!
Invisible shotgunners? spam a BMG and they will show up, trust me
Keep getting killed from behind in 1 shot? use the right perks (thick skinned, 50% less dmg from behind, etc...) and a Rhino/ironclad

Yea, I used to complain about it, then I decided to focus on learning a new style of PvP...an assault rifle was NOT going to be my best option...
I used to go like 2-10, or 6 and 18. Just AWFUL k/d, and could not help out my team too much...

People are selfish immature cheap bastards? Sounds like PVP in every game ever made.
...and then you get the ones that are really just there to get better at pewpew. I play the damn objective. I use a FRC SAW and a tube for the cerberus deterrent. I use a limited cloak for point reconnaissance, not for cheap kills and I always try my best to aim, THEN SHOOT.
That said.... It is, what it is guy. There will always be these types of players. Some here defend their actions due to dailies, others cuz' they outright suck. The other night I was in a SW and literally only died to infector users. PERIOD. Every other 1 v 1 and 1 v multiple time I ended up as the survivor/winner. Do I think there's a lot of Cheese out there - yea. Do I think it'll ever stop - no. Will I be running around with Blur and a blade in a few weeks nonstop - most definitely.
The best advice I can offer is try to get into some of these maps with a friend or 3 and roll tight. Wipe the floor with the enemy and work on your squad tactics. I'd love to do this but alas, most of the ppl on my list aren't on when I'm in the mood to get a SW/FY team going. Make it fun for you and forget the rest. After all, it's not like there are any persistent leader boards or anything. Just a few copy/paste Epeen sigs and those numbers hardly mean a thing to most here.
It's a game, relax. If you can't find the fun in it, then move on to something else. That's all.
One or two isn't bad. You must not have fought what I call "The splinter-shooting lightning-farting pack of kangaroos." It is 4 dudes (possibly 8 [2 groups] that don't end up in the same game all the time) in a group jumping and circling their prey. The ones that get shot are getting healed by the ones not getting shot, and the ones getting healed are infecting you. So not only are they harder than normal to hit, they are getting healed and auto-aim firing on you. You can't blur away because they blur after you. All 4 using infector/bmg blur. You might kill 1 or two if you get the jump on them, but they usually see you first.
I don't want to be forced into one play-style because it is "best," and right now the most advantageous style is to jump up and down while firing a gun that utilizes auto-aim (Infector/BMG).
tl;dr I wouldn't care about jumpers if they couldn't auto-aim, but having both is too much.

Infector:
1) Run for your life, the DoT wont kill you and if you keep running the bugs run slower than you.
2) Run against the enemy and shot him with a shotgun.
3) ALT+F4
Skills:
In pvp most of people use cloak but there is people that use overcharge, blur and even decoy.
IMO decoy should reflect 5-75% dmg taken in pve/pvp.

I can't wait to try this. I'll still likely be on the bad side of K/D, but running around with a sword will be a blast.
