that's just the launcher. the launcher downloads the actual client. they have been staggering access to the download since yday. if you can't log in tot he launcher to downlod the client, you will be given access throughout today and the course of the weekend.

just attempt to log in now and then, after making sure you've verified your email address and set up security questions.

i don't believe that's the case i think all accounts with a key attached have already been granted access to the pre-load you simply have to update your account somehow such as changing your password or verifying your email

sledge, the CM for this game, posted yday saying they would be rolled out over time throughout today and the weekend. obviously not everyone has access yet, or we'd stop getting threads about this issue.

Well, it's kinda annoying. It's not like they say: Just wait a moment you will be granted acces soon. It says: NOT ENTITLED TO PLAY.

Kinda harsh ..

I hope they fix this soon.

Go change your PW at the Trion site... Yes you can use the same one you currently have it should fix this

Hello ****,

All Defiance players will soon be able to obtain the release when pre-ordered or purchased online.

Even if the game is not yet released, and you will be able to login and patch at some point prior to launch, just before the official multi-platform launch (Ps3, Xbox360 and PC) onApril 2nd 2013 at 8am GMT.
