For anyone getting "this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE" error

I really hate the TRION Security Answer crap!!!!!!

Can't you just use one security answer per freaking page.

you can't change the darn things if you can't remember the darn things and none of the security questions are questions I have definitive answers to...you can't even use your pw for both stupid *** security questions ARRRGH!!! hence I can't change my password..because I can't remember my security answers nor do the security answers match the ones I wrote down...

I know what you mean. lost access to my primary trion account because i forgot my password and the answers to the questions were incorrect. tried to contact trion support but it didn't help that i needed to login to do so.
But about the password thing, i was able to change the password without having to input any security questions. not sure why it prompts you for security answers.

For those that its not working with, get on Trion's support page and submit a question to a CS rep citing the issue(writing the error message you get with the entitlement) point out you have the game codes inputted to you account, and they should fix it on their end for your account from there as well.

Wasn't working for me yesterday. Came back today and it's working, didn't need to change my password.

Hasn't anyone thought that the reason it seems to be that the password changing is helping is because in the time that it takes for you to change your password..trion released your code and hence you came back and could DL the client.....which would be why those that do change there PW and can't DL it is because their codes have not been released...as they are being released over the entire weekend........
