Price drop is insulting.

Just saw they dropped the price of the Season Pass now, too.

I feel like people who have had the SP attached to their accounts (in my case, despite my best attempts to have it removed and refunded) since launchish should be compensated in some way.

We paid when it was a show of faith, and now it's a cash grab.

Also, since I know some of you will go there with this, I'm not mad about lowering the price of the game itself. I paid full price and got a lot of enjoyable time out of the game for that money... but to lower the price of the SP before any of the DLC has come out is just flatly ridiculous.

Uh... what are you talking about? At least via my Trion account page, the Season Pass is still $40.00. Same with Amazon.

Via my Steam account though it's only $30, but that's due to me pre-ordering the game to where that discount was applied due to hitting the Pre-Order Tier 3 reward via Steam I think.

The Tier 3 Steam reward was a temporary drop, but it went back up to 40 a few days after launch. I ordered through Steam as well.

I just visited the Steam store website without logging in and, sure enough, it's down to 29.99 with a price drop logo next to it.

Truthfully it doesn't surprise me. PC prices are lowered A LOT more often than console prices. Could be cuz PC's constantly need upgraded to stay competitive so stuff becomes outdated faster on them. OR because console players are willing to pay more for easy access to stuff. Or countless other reasons. But either way we RARELY ever see a season pass permanantly lowered in price.

I keep checking back every once in awhile because I want to see where my dollars went into the DLC that is yet again pushed back.

That is a bit disappointing but at least it's coming out. They have a short window until Gamer Christmas starts and all the hard hitting releases begin distracting people away.

What is completely insulting ,especially to us ultimate edition buyers, is a massive price drop one quarter away from release. I know we took a big gamble on a very cool and innovative premise early on, don't get me wrong I recognize that portions. It just royally sucks the gamble went south way too quickly.

$10 for PS from it's full price?? they should feel the most ripped off. I am a console player and the price only dropped by 50%(ish)

The only thing this move is designed for is to drive more people in the game to buy bits and buy stuff from their VERY well maintained store. It's gotten more updates than the broken game.

I'm just saddened.
Fuming mad while waiting for the delayed (again) DLC.

If someone who's playing a console version is offended by the sudden price drop, then either they live in a cave, or haven't played any AAA game not made by Nintendo or is Call of Duty, because they ALL drop in price. A LOT.

Seriously, watch how fast Ubisofts games drop in price.
