Its too bad you only want machinist cause I have a rolling thunder vbi auto with lightning nano fully modded correctly and also 25% ego recharge on reload and crit and recoil you have to check it out if you will be on in a hour and 15 mins I could show you this beast
Edit its 25% cause the mastery bonus is fully reloading recharges your ego and it has the 10% already and I've been told that that mastery bonus is 15% so with pumped up perk 40% recharge on reload
