    Squater's Rights

Don't you want your very own piece of the pie...I mean land.

No matter how ravaged the land may be, or how torn to asunder the building is. If your backyard is full of Volge, raiders, Dark Matter, and a Hulker having a pool party and BBQ.

Wouldn't you want to own that scrap of terraformed deformed land? All it would cost you would be a fist full of scrip and probably a few pursuits to complete in the process. Here's where you hang your inventory to dry. By my meaning of that; let's say you bought every roller of every color and you want to have a quick stop to clear that out so you can chose you ride fast and easy.

Tired of searching for an outfit when your in a group bound to go hellbug hunting? Go to your shanty shack you call home and change your rags. Why stop there when you can make your hole in the wall a clam hobble for all your clan mates to congregate and do clany things and what nots.

Anyone would like to add to the land squatting idea?

    Nice!

In this topic, there is a more detailed proposal:

But your proposal is very interesting too.
    Don’t hold me up now,
I can stand my own ground,
I don’t need your help now,
You will let me down, down, down!

Squatting for a fist full of scrip and a few pursuits doesn't sound bad, sounds similar to the idea in the link above.

technically...squatters rights, in the US says: If no one is using the land or no one is paying taxes on it, then ownership is 9/10 of the law. Go to the courthouse, tell them what piece it is and pay the taxes, or settle on it freely and claim it. Only taxes need paid... sometimes you can get it for free, if its been sitting empty for a long time, just register it at the courthouse.

Great I got my eye on this building in the downtown area in San Fran. It's gonna be mine with a fist full of script.
