    code issue

    So perhaps this is a really simple thing to correct, but trying to put in an arkfall code and it tells me I need to log in first. I logged in with my Trion account, is there something I am missing? Do I have to wait until it's realeased if I am going to be playing on xbox 360?

    As soon as you log in you should be able to enter the code. Entering the account will allow the codes to be saved so that you can link the rewards later to your xbox. You don't have to wait for release date, you might have to complete it before release date. also make sure your entering the code in 'My ego'. I may be reading your question wrong, if so sorry.
