This has been my experience so far. It might just be perception bias, but this is what I've noticed.

The dodge feels like the "fastest presuming good road conditions" car. If you can get up to full tilt, it goes rather fast. However, it is not the best handling, and once I "go offroad" it seems like I get where I'm going a lot easier if I'm using an ATV. Pretty much exactly how you'd expect the two vehicles to behave relative to each other.

The more confusing vehicle comparison to me right now is the two ATV's. The second type of ATV (compared to the one you get as your first barring the Dodge) supposedly has "most boost, and better boost recharge" compared to the standard ATV, and yet according to the stat block their stats are exactly the same in those regards, with the starter ATV pulling ahead on the other stats. I'm not sure if this is a display error, or if the starter ATV really is superior in every way to the other ATV.

Right on. That's been my experience. If I'm hugging the main roads I don't mind breaking out the grey charger but if I'm hitting bat country it's the dunie.
