Fuel!

This game need fuel or some kind of power resurse in order to drive the vehicles in the game.
Lets say 1 unit of fuel for ATV's for 100 km, 1.5 for cars and 2 for big trucks.
And this fuel can be found in the world around, loot or buy from vendors for high price.
Lets say you can get like 10 or 20 units from early mission completion and after that you must buy/find it.
I know many of you guys will not like the idea but i think it is great, because you must decide where to go, how much to drive around and can you afford that.
This also can be added to micro transaction market.

Let's see how they do it in the show first, ok? For all we know they may no longer use internal combustion engines, but rather something based off of alien tech.

*Edit* Also, with the quick transit system in place, having vehicles require fuel would not make sense.
