Yeah, because we all know that paying for something is stupid, especially when someone is trying to feed a family, pay off student loans, etc. BTW, game developers aren't some faceless fat-cat corporate types...they are gamers like us that wanted to give us their vision of what a great game should be. If you can't afford the $60 then do one of two things:

an all out console ban as in sweeping/actively searching for modded consoles maybe. but like i said, my buddy has been console banned 2 times in less than a year. so it doesnt take an "all out ban" to affect someone. there are diff types of modded xbox's. and from what i hear trion will be able to detect people with pirated copies because the pirated versions will not have the code to be entered while downloading the game. only comes with retail version.

i think your in the wrong section the pc sections that way
the xbox version has no code and if it did it would be in the way of an online pass which theyd sell on the dashboard anyway just like every other game that has one trion would never distance themselfs from the pre owned market like that when its clearly a massive part of the xbox market if they did that then you wouldnt be able to create multiple characters or play on multiple xboxs your very wrong sir and cleary dont no what your talking about

they dont just ban in waves they used to ban in waves but now they do both for example halo 4 wasnt in waves

They banned Halo 4 players for early play, because they were blatant pirates. Your friend is a ****ing idiot if he played Halo 4 when it leaked, weeks before launch.
