/me sighs, they banned for halo 4 the game leaked 4 weeks early same with the last 2 GOW Forza 3 there was bans and for seed4mes games sr3 and fallout, go read who c4eva is and learn what abgx does before you call me out.
L3ST3R isn't saying that Microsoft don't ban individuals. He's saying they ban groups. Take Halo 4 for instance. Microsoft knew that the game was leaked weeks before the release date. Anyone that was playing it online was an obvious pirate, so they banned anyone playing it. That wasn't an individual ban. That was a group ban for ANYONE that played Halo 4 pre-release.
If I were to flash my console right now, MS would detect it and ban me? Is that what you are saying? It wouldn't happen.

fun fact xbox has tryd to beat piracy since day one and never have this last 7 years so what makes people think that defiance will be any diffrent its not down to the devs to beat piracy its down to the platform its being run so when were almost onto the next gen what makes people think that theyd waste millions of dollars on there old platform when there about to announce the new one makes no sense
